Organization of in-group and out-group information: the influence of gender-role orientation
Article Abstract:
Two experiments exploring the influence of gender-role orientation on the organization of in-group and out-group information measured through cued recall and recall organization were conducted. Results indicate that gender-typed individuals are more likely to individuate in-group members than out-group members compared to androgynous individuals who equally individuated both in- and out-group members.

The role of affect on the search for global and specific target information
Article Abstract:
Two experiments demonstrate that affect influences the extent to which individuals seek global versus specific target information when forming impressions. The results of the two experiments are consistent with the Affect-as-Information model and suggest that affect influences the types of information that individuals seek out when forming impressions.
