Radio: FM used to rock, now it's just white noise

Article Abstract:

The FCC's ruling to confine FM broadcasting to the 88 to 108 MHz spectrum has made stations too valuable to the point where only large companies are the only ones that could afford to own radio stations. Radio stations have been serving bland programming to prevent listeners from changing channels during the ads.
