Article Abstract:
Professor C. Jotin Khisty has successfully illustrated the superiority of the soft-systems methodology (SSM) over the other hard-systems methodologies in resolving unstructured problems. However, he failed to acknowledge the contributions of political scientists to SSM and he did not mention the best-selling book on systems thinking entitled 'The Fifth Discipline' by Professor Peter Senge. Moreover, in describing the concept of systems thinking, Khisty used the German word 'Weltanschauung' when the English word 'world view' would be preferable. Professor Khisty's response in presented.
