Skin diving requires much preparation and planning. It is important to dive with people who are familiar with the area and to make sure that environmental conditions are conducive to diving. Also, it is necessary to leave someone to man the boat in case things get out of hand.

Follow the leader crevice dive turns into claustrophobic nightmare

Divers must not panic if they become claustrophobic when diving into tunnels and crevices. Instead, they must first pause, think, breathe and then act wisely. The phobia can only be prevented by not diving into enclosed places.
