Lake Tahoe's cold water chills more than divers
Article Abstract:
Lake Tahoe has an elevation of 6,300 ft and has been chosen for a series of training in specialty diving. The nearly freezing temperature tested the endurance of the divers and wreaked havoc with their equipment. The lessons learned from the experience are discussed.

I learned about diving from that: trapped at 70 feet - inside a plane wreck!

A young but experienced diver almost died when he found himself trapped inside a plane wreck. Later, he admitted that overconfidence and violation of basic diving rules caused the near-fatal accident.
