Article Abstract:
Divers should learn to always follow strict diving procedures whenever involved in underwater ventures. Divers must always have a pre-organized dive plan, a complete gear and a dive partner who is familiar with the territory. Another safety concern that must be considered is that divers should be keenly aware of what is happening around the immediate area.
