Neither Huti not Tutsi, just Rwandan
Article Abstract:
Local elections have been held in Rwanda, and national elections are promised. The government is controlled by the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), which is moving gradually in order to reduce levels of rivalry between Hutus and Tutsis. The government tends to be dominated by Tutsis, though they are a minority in the general population. The RPF is mainly composed of Tutsis who took power after the previous government, dominated by Hutus, has become involved in genocide. There are also Hutus in the new government.

Private eyes
Article Abstract:
High-resolution satellite images were invented for, and have only been used for, military reconnaissance. Now, there are a number of companies who are going to put their images up for sale to the general public. Some members of government believe that this trend is bad for national security and world peace, but all agree that change is unavoidable and that the US will have to deal with the salability of such images.
