High fiber cranberries are rich in in Vit C and reportedly therapeutic in opening congested bronchial tubes, and reducing intestinal infections. Tips are given on selecting and storing fresh cranberries. They can be frozen for up to one year. Recipes include chutney, dried mix, topping, and drinks.
