Effects of short-term exercise training on plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1)

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to observe the effects of short-term exercise training on plasm plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) and metabolic variable associated in sedentary men and women. The study concluded that short-term exercise training applied did not change resting PAI-1 levels in sedentary adults.

A comparison to identify the effectiveness of home- and community-based physical activity interventions that aims at mothers and daughters to increase physical activity and improve health-related fitness states that, the home-based physical activity programs are considered to be cost effective.
