Improving cash flow for the private practitioner

Article Abstract:

Cash flow issue is common for all private practitioners and for physical therapists (PTs) in private practice and issue of cash flow means the movement of money into and out of business includes everything from collecting co-pays and billing promptly to making informed decisions on equipment acquisitions. In addition to this it is important to have a back-up plan for unanticipated cash needs.

Personality traits in multiple settings

Article Abstract:

Carl Jung first described personality traits that everyone is unique but many people seem to share certain groupings of traits. The assigning of people to predefined groups can result in stereotyping but without understanding, stereotyping is wrong as each person reflects a mixture of traits and is shaped by many factors, both internal and external.

Economic costs of obesity and inactivity

Article Abstract:

The study shows that lack of leisure-time physical activity incurred a direct cost of $24 bil and $70 bil from obesity in 1995. Direct cost from both areas account for 9.4% of the national health care expenditure in the US.
