Karsten Creek: Sooner State's Fazio gem was worth the wait

Article Abstract:

Karsten Creek Golf Course is located between Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK, an hour's drive from each city. It opened on May 20, 1994, was built by Tom Fazio and conceived of by Oklahoma State University golf coach Mike Holder. The first nine holes are on hilly terrain and the second nine are on level ground.

Quail Hollow: Weiskopf-Morrish Course is a classy encore

Article Abstract:

Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish laid out the 6,872 yard, par-71 golf course like a necklace framed with poplar trees. The features of the course and its greens are described. The course is scheduled to be replaced by a real estate development, but prices are given for fees through Oct 8, 1997.
