Variable dose-response relationship between exercise training and performance
Article Abstract:
The relationship between daily amounts of training and performance shows an inverted-U-shape curve. The model is useful to predict responses to training with varied regimens. However, difference in training strategy or on long-term training may affect the responses different from the model proposed.

Physical activity for preventing and treating obesity-related dyslipoproteinemias
Article Abstract:
Inclusion of exercise to a hypocaloric, reduced-fat diet improves low HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides and reduces LDL-cholesterol in men and women. Weight loss through exercise improves HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides in obese men.
