The Step is a piece of exercise equipment used in group exercising invented by Step Training Instructor Gin Miller. He has come up with a new cardio program called Ramping and an exercise device called the Ramp. The Ramp focusses on the back of the legs and utilizes muscles of glutes, hips and hamstrings.
