Article Abstract:

Roy Disney commissioned John Reichel and Jim Pugh to design an improved Pyewacket sailboat. Using computer modeling, Reichel and Pugh constructed a speedier Pyewacket as its hull and deck were made of foam core and mixed fiber skin.

Article Abstract:

Many sailors will take drastic measures to ensure the correct weight at the weigh-in. Changes need to be made to ensure sailors do not make themselves sick through dehydration efforts to make weight for their race.
