Seven coaches suggest that their players: maintain footwork; be aggressive, not defensive; follow through; watch the ball in volleys; serve with the body behind the ball; use a crosscourt forehand; and keep the shoulder toward the net for backhand volleys.

Moya's mighty forehand

Article Abstract:

One of the moves which makes Carlos Moya a tremendous offensive tennis player is his powerful forehand and ground strokes. Although Moya, does not exert a full swing when striking the ball, he makes the stroke forceful by bending his right knee.
