Crisis management of SARS in a hospital
Article Abstract:
The successful crisis management in a large medical center, which was suddenly plagued by an unexpected invasion of a SARS patient in Taiwan is discussed. It is reported that successful crisis management depends on the ability for execution, adequate supervision during operation to allocate resources, and the leadership.
