Article Abstract:

An overview of hospitality programs in Canada is presented. Due to the growth of the restaurant and hotel business, Canadian educators are improving the quality of their school systems by expanding their academic programs. Despite these developments, the industry is experiencing problems such as high costs of education and government cutbacks for funding.
