Montreal-based Cora's Breakfast & Lunch, headed by Cora Tsouflidou has been named winner of the 2007 Pinnacle Award for Franchise Excellence (Regional). The company started in 1987, and it has one district representative that visits 10 stores weekly. The franchising operations of the company, as well as experiences of franchisees, are also presented.
