Brian Hirschfield. (general manager of Guildford Spectrum)
Article Abstract:
Brian Hirschfield is general manager of the Guildford Spectrum, a local authority leisure centre. The centre is to introduce branded catering in a deal with Compass. Franchised sites within the Spectrum will feature Burger King, Pizza Hut and Cafe Select, major high street brands. Hirschfield believes that Compass can bring such brands to the site as they offer an overall package allowing for the necessary economies of scale. A wide range of activities and management issues will be shared by Spectrum managers and Compass managers.
