Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts ranks No. 1 in the list, with $2,119.4 million in 1997 revenue; followed by McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Ltd., with $1,816.9 million in 1997 revenue; while Cara Operations Ltd. is No. 3, with $1,194 million in 1997 revenue. The list also includes rankings in 1996; revenue in 1996; number of units; and percentage of change.
