Could do better
Article Abstract:
Research has suggested that leisure centre management information systems are inadequate. Computer technology is available in most facilities but lack of training hinders use. The systems also fail to meet management needs. Managers should influence the development of software to meet specific needs. For example customer tracking is technologically possible but little software is available. Flexibility is essential to meet the neeeds of a developing industry.
