Woodbridge-based Seacore Seafood Inc has established a reputation as one of Ontario's top three seafood distributors. This reputation is built on the family-owned business's strong emphasis on product quality and safety. The company recently expanded with the addition of a 35,000-sq-ft facility and the opening of retail and wholesale/import operations in Seafood Depot and Fisherman's Depot, respectively.

An overview of Winni Tsang's career as a chef is presented. Tsang, the executive chef of a restaurant in Ontario called Doctor's House, has been creating modern European cuisine with an Asian style. He has also added exotic dishes such as horsemeat and rabbit to the restaurant's menu, and implemented themed nights in the bar and lounge area.
