David Edward Smith filed seventy complaints with the Federal Communications Commission against Erich 'Mancow' Muller for broadcasting sexually explicit material on radio, which in turn has resulted in the FCC upholding $42,000 fine against Mancow, thus putting him in the center of the debate against decency on airwaves. In retaliation, Mancow has filed a $3-million lawsuit for harassment against David Edward Smith.
