An agrin minigene rescues dystrophic symptoms in a mouse model for congenital muscular dystrophy
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the development of a minigene of agrin which is shown to amend the pathology of muscles through a mechanism which includes stabilization of the laminin alpha5 chain and alpha-dystroglycan.
