When employees attack

Article Abstract:

There are many examples that prove that though citizens of most of the country in the world find faults in their government, the government scientists are not completely free to comment publicly. The author suggests that allowing scientists to reveal publicly about their plans and nuclear policies in limits will make the public more aware and will ultimately lead to the development of the country.
