What now, Webmaster; creating and managing a winning Web marketing team

Article Abstract:

The creation of an effective Internet marketing program demands the creation of a diverse, smoothly operating Web team from either in-house personnel, outside consultants, or a combination of both. Internet marketing teams should have members with expertise in a wide variety of business management fields, as well as people with technical expertise. The project should meet deadlines and team conflicts should be resolved as quickly as possible.
