Article Abstract:

The Eco-Tec colloquia series on ecology and technology issues was held in Morsiglia, Corsica. Participants included architects and designers who were normally at odds with regards to ecology concerns. The conference aimed to examine the relationship of ecology and technology on a global level and to evolve a plan for the implementation of these concepts on a local level. Some participants advocated the application of ecological design engineering.
