Most directors recognize that politics play a role in ensuring that business decisions are made. However, directors have mixed views about the appropriateness of politics in corporate decision-making. Research undertaken by the Cranfield School of Management reveals that, when it is necessary to undertake organizational change, political fluency plays a more significant role than rational management. Senior executives often manipulate situations to their own benefit and protect their position.

How to show an election
Article Abstract:
The computer-driven maps such as geographical map and pixelgram were designed which carried the most up-to-date information in the newsroom and allowed editors to spot trends and summarize the election at a glance. Pixelgram had an added benefit of providing an accurate visual representation of how the country voted.
