Retail round

Article Abstract:

The retail complex at the second floor of the First Interstate World Center features a well-designed interior space whose fixtures and furnishings create an interesting ambience. The circular lobby addressed the constraints posed by the locations of four separate elevators and serves as a visually stimulating access to the retail spaces. Keating Mann Jernigan Rottet used lighting, custom furnishings and paintings in the lobby and corridors to enliven the atmosphere and add a well-groomed appearance to the area.

Bank of America

Article Abstract:

Interior Architects created a restrained atmosphere for the interiors of the Bank of America office in San Francisco, CA. Open-plan workstations allow more interaction among employees, while six private rooms were alloted for client meetings. The whole space reflects grid motifs such as woven leather wall panels and Japanese screen-inspired doors. Meanwhile, furniture from the former offices were reused, while the walls highlight a good collection of modern paintings.
