The learning curve

Article Abstract:

Designers are reporting an increase in the construction and renovation of facilities for education. The trend, an interesting development considering the ailing state of the nation's educational institutions, has been influenced by an increase in the number of students, the effort aimed at integrating technology in schools and the additional emphasis placed on scientific and athletic facilities for female students. The need to remain competitive with fellow schools is also providing the necessary impetus.
