Article Abstract:

The Los Angeles, CA, facilities of the E! Entertainment Television Inc consists of vertically stacked offices and television production sites. The company's main production stage was located in a 64-by-64 ft space on the 3rd floor which was isolated from outside noise with the use of acoustical isolators into the sheetrock construction. The second floor was allocated for open-plan and private offices which were fitted with Kalwall material to allow maximum daylight.

Article Abstract:

Modernist architecture firm Keating Mann Jerningan andRottet have created a new line of furniture called Evanuea consisting of a sofa, an armchair and an ottoman. The line was created to reflect clean and simple lines juxtaposed with colorful metal finishes. Five stage sets featuringmodifications of the Evaneau line were exhibited at WestWeek in Spring 1992. The sets displayed represented classic furniture lines in office and residential settings.

Article Abstract:

Barneys New York in Detroit, MI, was conceptualized by Rosenblum/Harb Architects. The mall has a unifying Early Modernism theme that integrated the different plush stores. However, Rosenblum/Harb made sure that each store can be distinguished using custom furnishings related to the product they sell. Among the stores is Donna Karan's boutique done in platinum leaf and ebonized makore.
