Remembering Tanny

Article Abstract:

The author recalls her professional relationship with colleague Tanaquil LeClercq, which began in the early 1950s. LeClercq's performances for George Balanchine and with Marc Platt, her reaction to polio, and her constant interest in learning are discussed.
