Students at the University of Texas were provided funding by NASA to identify specific problem areas and determine successful methods to increase awareness of the agency. The interdisciplinary group of students used marketing and advertising methods to analyze the data.

Space lab

Article Abstract:

Spacelab missions were developed by NASA and the European Space Agency. The flights have have been used to conduct life sciences and astronomy experiments. The missions will provide significant data on human adaptability and survival in space.

Faint and far away: NASA's programmatic plans to search for extrasolar planetary systems

Article Abstract:

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has created the Astronomic Search for Extrasolar Planets program. The program employs the Keck observatory in Hawaii to search for planets and protoplanets that have formed around other stars.
