Article Abstract:

Adminstrative related failures at the NASA space center in Cape Canaveral, FL, were responsible for the cancellation of several space shuttle missions. Flight missions of the space shuttles Columbia, Discovery and Endeavor were cancelled as a result of oversights which could have been avoided.

The US Astronaut Hall of Fame at the Kennedy Space Center recently expanded its membership. Inducted into the Hall of Fame were the 13 astronauts of Project Gemini.
