How NHTSA has been playing God with your life

Article Abstract:

The federal government is to blame for endangering the public by prematurely mandating airbags in cars before fully understanding their dangers. Testing of airbags on only adult male dummies is severely biased against women, children, and other people of smaller stature.

What did NHTSA know - and when - about airbags?

Article Abstract:

An October 21, 1991 memo shows that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) knew of six cases of car occupants killed by airbags. Language in the memo indicates the NHTSA worked to conceal this information from the public.

Martinez cites speed as being a factor in 32% to 34% of traffic fatalities and compares speeding with drunk driving. He discuss the factors that contribute to accidents, enforcement of speed limits, driving in Germany and other topics.
