Article Abstract:

Information about a new tool, the 'Bull Index' which states that financial performance of a company is linked to the clarity of its statements, and can see through the technical jargon used by corporate communications to mislead people is presented. It is reported that the bull seems to work just as the traditional readability measures.

The customer relationship management (CRM) technology was used by businesses to maintain the effectiveness of marketing activities without seeing whether the money spent will bring the promised results. For the CRM to be successful the bottomline return on investment would be the determining factor.
