By first determining their needs, they can easily select the best graphics tool. There are four general categories of graphics tool, each designed for specific purposes. Jobs for St. Landry Parish Inc, a citizens' group in Opelousas, LA, was able to acquire Standard Fittings Inc, a carbon and stainless steel fittings manufacturer, through an asset-based loan offered by Fremont Financial Corp. Fremont Financial helped finance the acquisition and start-up costs through an asset-based loan that would allow Fremont Financial to liquidate Standard Fittings' assets in case of default. Standard Fittings, which is expected to employ 500 workers by the end of 1990, has a promising future.
