Soaring toward achievement: a vision of ICA's future

Article Abstract:

Several changes are being introduced to the management of the International Credit Assn. (ICA) in 1995. For one, a new personnel is being assigned to replace outgoing officials. The Executive Committee will now be composed of Bill Alcorn of JCPenney Co., Jane Thompson of Sears Merchandise Group, Roger Peterson of West Fraser Timber Co. and Don Hill of Creditors Bankruptcy Services. Moreover, 17 new members are added to the ICA Board. Aside from these staff changes, the association is also pursuing other actions. It is continuing the production of an ICA membership video that will help local chapters promote membership in the organization to existing and prospective members. The new leadership of the association is also intent on protecting the financial standing of the group, addressing the needs of its members as if they were customers and developing new strategic plans.
