Article Abstract:

Marianne Gray is the national director of Hartmarx Specialty Stores Inc's Credit Sales and Operations. As such, she is responsible for developing, reviewing and executing all of the company's credit policies. It is also Marianne'job to organize system support and communication network to make sure that Hartmarx's credit facility is functioning at maximum efficiency. Mariane is well prepared for the job, having been in the credit industry since 1972. She is an active member of the International Credit Association where she currently serves on the the board of directors, the executive committee and the credit education committee. She also serves as a trustee in the Society of Certified Credit Executives. In addition, Marianne is actively involved in various credit associations and committees at the state and local levels. She contributes articles to credit publications, including 'Credit World' and 'Credit and Collection Manager's Magazine.'

Promised compliance by Iraq with United Nations Security Council resolutions formed the basis for the end of the Gulf War. Now Iraq is in 'material breach' of those resolutions, inviting military sanctions. The UN should employ military force when it becomes obvious diplomacy will not work.
