Corporations, small to medium enterprises, home offices and individuals are finding it difficult to manage the various documents adequately, thus resulting in a surge in demand for scanners. An increasingly range of good scanners provide relatively fast, efficient scanning at much more reasonable prices than in the past.

Short message service (SMS) communications were originally conceived as a business tool for high income users who were expected to sign up for digital cellular services. A survey indicated 80 percent of business respondents would send SMS messages instead of email if they were away from their PCs.

What's WAP?

Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is receiving negative publicity at present, but this technology has the potential to significantly alter the way people work and communicate. WAP devices will bring great time savings and will eventually become very widely used.
