Multiplex real-time PCR for monitoring Heterobasidion annosum colonization in Norway spruce clones that differ in disease resistance

Article Abstract:

The authors discuss the Picea abies-Heterobasidion annosum pathosystem. They report the development of real-time PCR assays used for monitoring of the pathosystem dynamics.
