Cosecretion of chaperones and low-molecular-size medium additives increases the yield of recombinant disulfide-bridged proteins

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on the native tissue-type plasminogen activator variant. The improvement of the activator variant's yield in the Escherichia coli periplasm has been carried out and described.

gly gene cloning and expression and purification of glycinecin A, a bacteriocin produced by Xanthomonas campestris pv. glycines 8ra

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on the glycinecin A, a bacteriocin produced by Xanthomonas campestris pv. glycines. The cloning and expressing of the genes encoding this glycinecin has been carried out in Escherichia coli and the results are presented.

Cloning of a nitrilase gene from the cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. strain PCC6803 and heterologous expression and characterization of the encoded protein

Article Abstract:

The authors have investigated the gene which encodes nitrilase and which has been discovered in photosynthetic cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. strain PCC6803 genome sequence. The gene has been amplified via PCR and cloned into the expression vector, and the encoded protein heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli has demonstrated that the rcombinant strains cenvert benzonitrile into benzolate.
