The fiber-optic confessional: you call to change your insurance but wind up baring your soul

Article Abstract:

An insurance customer service representative explores the meaning of his role to customers whose business activity with his company more often than not reflects changes in their personal lives. At the outset of their telephone inquiries, they are hesitant to reveal any ID information. As their calls evolve, they want to explain, to justify, to relieve themselves of the burden they feel from the circumstances that caused changes in their policies.

The technqiues of Susan Jaffe and Julie Kent are described, both focusing their makeup on enhancing their eyes, while generally using a minimal amount.
