Neurogenic cells inhibit the differentiation of cardiogenic cells

Article Abstract:

Neurogenic cells possibly isolate molecules necessary for the differentiation of cardiogenic cells rather than produce inhibitory molecules. The study also speculates the probable molecular mechanism which takes part in the phenomenon. Studies on the mechanism of expression of these homeogenes are affected by various experimental circumstances and will help in elucidating the molecular bases of heart formation.

TAF4b, a TBP associated factor, is required for oocyte development and function

Article Abstract:

Research on female mice null for the TBP associated factor Taf4b shows that infertility is linked to defects in oocyte maturation, zygotic cleavage, and early follicle formation. Genetic and physiological processes are described.
