Spatially and temporally fluctuating selection at non-MHC immune genes: evidence from TAP polymorphism in populations of brown trout (Salmo trutta, L.)
Article Abstract:
Genetic variation at two microsatellite markers linked to the TAP2A and TAP2B loci were used on temporal samples of Danish brown trout populations representing varying geographical scales. Analyses of both the TAP markers show an effect of selection at both a regional and micro-geographical spatial scale.

Heat and cold-induced male sterility in Drosophila buzzatii: genetic variation among populations for the duration of sterility
Article Abstract:
The three phenotypic traits in Drosophila buzzati, which are strongly affected by temperature and associated with fitness in nature, are examined. The genetic variations in these traits and the relations among them in lines of Drosophila buzzati are described.
