The drumstick/lines/bowl regulatory pathway links antagonistic hedgehog and wingless signaling inputs to epidermal cell differentiation

Article Abstract:

The mutations that disrupt dorsal epidermal pattern are investigated in order to better understand the downstream mechanisms involved. It is shown that the Lines protein interacts functionally with the zinc-finger protein Drumstick (Drm) and Bowl.
