The roles of wingless and decapentaplegic in axis and appendage development in the red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum

A study on embryonic red flour beetles, to understand the functions of Wnt signaling pathway genes, wingless and decapentaplegic, in appendage and axis formations during limb and segment morphogenesis, is presented.
