Which transcription factor assay should you use?

Article Abstract:

DNA sequences can be matched with their cognate binding proteins by 5 different pathways or assays. Protein arrays, microsphere arrays, chromatin immunoprecipitation, oligonucleotide arrays and ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbency assay)-based assays are the different types of signaling pathway methodologies to identify proteins responsible for regulating transcriptional changes.
