John Roberts, who proposes to become Australia's ninth billionaire, plans to achieve his goal by floating his Multiplex construction and property business. The Multiplex is the second-biggest initial public offering in Australia in 2003, after the $1.9 billion Promina float in May, so institutional investors are interested in owning some part of this Multiplex.
