ATO raids accountants

Article Abstract:

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) raided JMA Accounting, an accounting firm for fraudulent tax scheme. But the investigations ran into rough weather after the Federal Court found the ATO had exceeded its power. Now, the ATO is planning to hand over the matters to the Police hoping they could attract criminal sanctions.
